If your order...

  • ...is late:
    • Shipping times do NOT include weekends or holidays. Failure to approve artwork, bad weather, or other acts of God may affect delivery times.
  • ...is damaged:
    • Damage occurs during shipping. Please include a photo of the impacted items.
  • ...is missing something:
    • Double check your invoice. Complex orders may have different in-hands (delivery) dates.
  • ...is short count:
    • Double check your invoice. Perform a careful recount on large orders.
  • ...has mistakes or errors:
    • Due to allowable variations within a color pallet, we cannot guarantee an EXACT color match. If you have faded or filling issue, please upload a photo. A puff print will look bloated.
  • ...has a billing issue:
    • Logome.com will appear on your statement. Some vendors may do an initial authorization charge (usually $1.00) before processing the final capture.
